By commissioning me you agree to my terms and service (T.o.S) as an artist and as a person.
Artist - Me, Laura Bibby / LozyDrawsStuff
Client - Yourself
The medium will be digital artwork and sent as a high-quality PNG upon completion. It will be in the art style of the Artist, but, as there are variations in the creative process, the Client accepts that the artwork will be unique and therefore subject to reasonable variation.
The time estimate for an art piece is an average of one to two months time period from beginning to completion. Time estimates may vary on the complexity, commission queue, and payment fee paid for this commissioned artwork.
The Artist reserves the rights of copyright to all work commissioned by the Client. Including all reproduction rights and claim statutory copyright. No work will be reproduced, individually sold, or edited by the Client without the Artist’s written consent.
The Client must credit the commissioned artwork by the Artist whenever it is used.
‘Credit’ can be mentioning the Artist’s name alongside the commissioned work and/or using a link to the Artist’s social media(s). Links to social media(s) can be found and/or provided by the Artist.

Commissioned Artwork of a character owned by the Client can be sold alongside the character, should the Client sell the character after artwork(s) completion.
Payment is due to be paid in full (100%) by the Client before the start of work by the Artist.
Payment Method is via PayPal or Bank Transfer.
In the case of Adult Content: Artwork for Adult Content (commonly referred to as NSFW), the Client must have Official Identification(ID) shown to the Artist before payment is made.
(Official Identification meaning Passport, Driving license, etc.)
The Artist will remove any images relating to the ID of the Client after confirmation of age has been approved.
If the Client requests a non-disclosure of artwork(s) by the Artist, the Client agrees to a fee of thirty-five percent (35%) of the original commission price alongside the commission fee price.
In the event that the Client does not want to continue with this commission before the start of work by the Artist, The Client will receive a full (100%) refund of their payment from the Artist.
In the event that the Client does not want to continue with this commission after the start of work by the Artist but is still in its early ‘Sketch’ phase, The Client will receive half (50%) refund of their payment from the Artist.
In the event that the Client does not want to continue with this commission after the start of work by the Artist but is past its early ‘Sketch’ phase, The Client will receive a quarter (25%) refund of their payment from the Artist.
In the event that the Client does not want to continue with this commission after the completion of work by the Artist, The Client will not receive/ is not entitled to a refund of their payment from the Artist.
Artwork completed by the Artist cannot be claimed as work done by the Client under any circumstance. Upon notice that the Client has broken this term and does not rectify this issue, this ‘agreement’ will be void and artwork usage by the Client will be discontinued.
Artwork made by the Artist cannot be edited, manipulated, or heavily cropped by the Client without prior written approval from the Artist.
The client will have 3 days to request any changes upon completion of the artwork(s.)
In the case that the Artist terminates this ‘agreement’, the Client will be notified and fully refunded (100%) their payment amount.
The Artist has full rights to post commissioned art from the Client onto the Artist’s social media for marketing and social media growth.
The Client has full rights to request and pay for non-disclosure of artworks produced, for a fee, by the Artist.
